Melanie joined Blistex in April 2023 after working in brand management at Procter & Gamble and in management consulting at Archstone Consulting (a Hackett Group Company). At Procter & Gamble, Melanie led delivery and innovation brand teams across beauty and personal care, shopper marketing programs across top national customers, and sales efforts at Target. In those roles, she grew leading brands like Head & Shoulders, Aussie, NATIVE, Olay, Crest and Oral-B.
Melanie has broad consumer products experience across a range of brand sizes, business models and geographic scope. She is passionate about growing brands consumers find irresistible by uniquely solving true customer needs. She prioritizes developing capabilities within her team to grow future marketing leaders while building the business.
Melanie graduated cum laude from Miami University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in business with dual majors in marketing and decision sciences. Following her first career in management consulting, Melanie earned a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, with a major in marketing.
