Justin Arch 

As the grandson of the founder of Blistex Inc., Justin has had a strong association with the company throughout his life. In 2009, he formally joined Blistex in a corporate development capacity and has served as CEO since 2014. Prior to Blistex, Justin held roles at PepsiCo, Swander Pace Capital and Lehman Brothers.

Justin is a growth-oriented executive with a long-term mindset. He puts an emphasis on empowering others and winning together. Expansion through acquisition has been a particular area of focus during Justin’s tenure at Blistex, and he played a lead role in the purchase of both Odor-Eaters and Tucks.

Justin is actively involved in Blistex’s charitable giving activities and he participates with his family in various community service programs in the Chicago area. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization.

Justin graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, then earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University, Columbia Business School.
